What is Fortized?
Fortized is a real-time social platform by Swiftaw. Users join Bastions (community servers), send direct messages, and connect with friends in a secure, modern environment.
What is a Bastion?
A Bastion is a community server on Fortized. Each Bastion has its own channels, roles, and member list. Bastion owners have full administrative control over their community.
How do I send a DM?
Click on a user's profile and select "Send Message" to start a direct message conversation. You can also find your DM list in the left sidebar of the app.
How do friend requests work?
You can send a friend request to any user from their profile. Once accepted, you'll be able to see each other's online status and quickly access DMs.
Is my data stored securely?
Yes. Fortized uses Firebase for persistent storage with real-time encryption. Account data is protected and we never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings > Account > Danger Zone > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account, messages, and all associated data.
