Terms of Use.

By accessing or using Fortized (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and if you purchase items, the Fortshop Policy. If you do not agree, stop using Fortized immediately.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fortized. In the European Union and United Kingdom, you must be 16 years old or have verifiable parental consent. By signing up, you represent that you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter this contract.

Your account is your responsibility. You are responsible for all activity on your account, whether you authorized it or not. If someone else gains access to your account without permission, tell us immediately at Fortized Support. We will not be liable for unauthorized access if you fail to keep your password safe.

You agree not to do any of the following on Fortized:

• Harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or endanger anyone (in chat, voice, or any other medium)
• Post or share illegal content, defamatory statements, or content that violates someone else's rights
• Share hate speech, slurs, or content that discriminates based on protected characteristics
• Engage in sexual exploitation, abuse, or grooming of minors
• Spam, flood, or repeatedly post unwanted or unsolicited content
• Impersonate another person, including Swiftaw staff, creators, or public figures
• Share malware, viruses, ransomware, or any code designed to harm the Service or other users
• Attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, or bypass the security of Fortized or any of its systems
• Run automated bots, scrapers, or tools without written permission from Swiftaw
• Bypass rate limits, access controls, or authentication mechanisms
• Distribute someone else's personal information (doxxing) or encourage others to do so
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans, penalties, or restrictions
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account to another person
• Use Fortized to solicit or conduct illegal transactions

You own the content you create and post on Fortized (text, images, videos, audio, emojis, custom roles, bastion banners, etc.). By posting it, you grant Swiftaw a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the platform. You can revoke this license by deleting the content or your account.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not post anything:

• That is illegal in any jurisdiction where Fortized is available
• That violates copyright, trademark, or someone else's intellectual property
• That contains minors in sexual or exploitative contexts
• That is intentionally designed to harass or abuse another person
• That you do not have the right to distribute

If you post copyrighted content, you must have permission from the copyright holder or it must be fair use under applicable law. Repeated copyright violations will result in account termination.

Swiftaw uses automated systems and human moderators to detect and remove content that violates these Terms. We do not review every piece of content before it is posted. If we remove content from your account, we will notify you when possible. You have the right to appeal content removal through Fortized Support. We will respond to appeals within 15 business days.

If you violate these Terms, you may receive a warning. A warning is a notification that your behavior is in violation; it carries no penalty beyond the notification itself. Repeated violations after a warning will result in further action.

We may temporarily suspend your account for serious or repeated violations. During suspension, you cannot log in, send messages, or access Fortized features. Suspension duration varies based on the severity of the violation. When your suspension expires, your account is automatically restored.

For severe violations (such as illegal activity, child exploitation, repeated harassment, or coordinated abuse), we may permanently ban your account. A permanent ban is irreversible. Your account data may be retained for legal or safety reasons, but you will have no further access to Fortized.

If your account is suspended or banned, you may appeal through Fortized Support within 30 days. Explain why you believe the action was unjust. We will review your appeal and respond within 15 business days. Swiftaw's decision on appeal is final.

Voice and video calls on Fortized are not recorded by Swiftaw. However, you should assume that any other participant in a call may be recording. By joining a voice or video call, you consent to being heard or seen by other participants. You are responsible for informing other participants if you are recording them.

If you stream or broadcast content from Fortized, you are responsible for all content in that stream, including what other users say in voice channels. Do not stream without the consent of other participants. Streaming unlicensed copyrighted content (music, games, shows) on Fortized may result in DMCA takedowns from copyright holders.

If you create and publish a bot, bastion template, custom emoji, or other user-generated creation through the Atelier (Creator tab), you are responsible for that creation. It must not:

• Infringe copyright or trademark
• Violate anyone's privacy or intellectual property
• Contain malware, malicious code, or exploits
• Violate these Terms or any applicable law

We reserve the right to remove any user-created bot, template, emoji, or content that violates these Terms. Repeated violations by a creator will result in removal from the Atelier and possible account suspension.

Fortized, the Fortized name, logo, design, code, brand identity, and all original content created by Swiftaw belong to Swiftaw. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission. Reverse-engineering the Service to extract Swiftaw's intellectual property is prohibited.

If you believe someone on Fortized is infringing your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property, report it to Fortized Support with proof of your ownership. We will investigate and take action as required by law.

If you encounter harassment, abuse, illegal content, or any violation of these Terms, use the Report button in the app or contact Fortized Support. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We will not disclose your identity to the reported user unless required by law.

Do not file false or malicious reports. Repeatedly filing false reports to harm other users may result in warning, suspension, or ban of your account.

Fortized is a social platform, and we cannot monitor every conversation in real time. We rely on reports from users and automated detection. We do our best to keep the platform safe, but we cannot guarantee safety or prevent all harmful behavior. We are not liable for harm caused by other users, including harassment, fraud, or abuse.

Swiftaw may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you in-app or by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may delete your account. Continued use of Fortized after the 30-day notice period means you accept the updated Terms.
