Fortized ("we," "our," or "the platform") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected when you use Fortized, how it is stored, and your rights regarding that data.

When you create a Fortized account or use the platform, the following data may be stored:

• Your email address, used for account identification
• Your chosen username and display identity
• Your password (stored locally; never transmitted in plain text)
• An optional profile picture you upload
• In-platform activity such as Bastion membership, friends list, and DMs
• Usage preferences and platform settings

03 How Your Data Is Stored

All account data is currently stored in your browser's localStorage. This means:

• Data stays on your device and is not synced to external servers
• Clearing your browser data will erase your Fortized account locally
• Data is not accessible to Fortized staff or third parties

Future versions of Fortized may introduce cloud storage. If and when this happens, this policy will be updated and users will be notified in-app.

04 What We Never Do

• We never sell your personal data to third parties
• We never use your data for targeted advertising
• We never share your private messages with anyone outside the platform
• We never access your profile picture beyond rendering it in-app

05 Your Rights

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data at any time. Because Fortized stores data locally, you can do this directly through your browser settings or through your account profile page.

If you have concerns about your data or wish to request removal from any future cloud systems, contact us through the official Fortized support channels.

06 Changes to This Policy

Fortized reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
